Ashley began her career in public accounting as a staff auditor with Eubank & Betts, PLLC in Jackson, MS, and later as a Supervising Senior Auditor at KPMG, LLP, gaining valuable insights into auditing and financial analysis. Later she served as a Controller at The Health Insurance Exchange, a subsidiary of The Mississippi Hospital Association, where she honed her financial management expertise.

Within Refuge Group businesses, Ashley’s contributions have been invaluable. She held pivotal positions such as Director of Accounting at U-Save Auto Rental of America, Inc., and served as the Interim CFO at Franchise Services of North America, Inc. Ashley’s expertise and dedication eventually led her to the role of CFO at U-Save Auto Rental of America, Inc. & Subsidiaries, where she played a key role in shaping the financial landscape of the organization.

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi, establishing a strong foundation for her successful career. She is also a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in the state of Mississippi.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ashley is deeply involved in various community organizations. She has actively supported Madison County Schools, serving as the PTO Treasurer for Madison Lower Elementary, Madison Upper Elementary, and Rosa Scott High School, where she dedicated her time and expertise. Ashley has also been an integral part of Christ United Methodist Church, actively participating in the Finance Council, Generosity Committee, and Lay Leadership and Staff Parish Relations Committee. Additionally, she is a sustaining member of the Junior League of Jackson, having held various positions over the years.

Beyond her professional and community roles, Ashley cherishes her role as a mother. She and her husband are parents of two wonderful and accomplished children. In her leisure time, Ashley enjoys travel, diving into captivating books, and socializing with friends. Ashley’s journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment to excellence, both in her professional career and her community involvement.
