Previously, Estella worked for Horne as a call center manager, prior to being promoted to HR manager for Horne’s COVID-19 project. Estella’s duties with Horne included assisting the state of Mississippi with the COVID-19 pandemic, through training her team how to provide quality care to each patient that her team would encounter. During her time at Horne Estella successfully managed contact tracing, vaccine scheduling, and COVID test scheduling for the state of Mississippi.

Estella started her career as a customer service specialist for AT&T and within six months she was promoted to Sales Coach Manager, where she led her team to great success for over 17 years. With over 20 years of management and customer service experience, Estella takes pride in providing Outstanding service to her team and her customers.

Estella graduated cum laude from Belhaven University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in business management and was inducted into the Lambda Xi Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda, National Honor Society.

Estella is an active member of Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Canton, Mississippi. She serves as treasurer of the Jr. Deaconess board and is a certified active member of the Red Cross disaster relief for housing at the church. Estella has been married to Tyrone Johnson Sr. for 25 years and they have two sons, Damian Hart and Tyrone Johnson Jr. They are residents of Canton Mississippi.
