Jana McDonnell

Jana spent most of her career as an executive at U-Save Auto Rental of America, Inc., one of the largest franchisors of car rental locations in the world. She was a key contributor in helping the business become the fourth-largest car rental operator in North America in the early 2000s. Prior to joining U-Save, Jana was Director of Business Affairs for the University of Mississippi School of Nursing.

Jana earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Mississippi College and an Advance Certification in Life Coaching from the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Jana serves as President of PIC International, a non-profit she co-founded with her husband in 2006. She runs a Life Coaching Practice at the Center for Hope and Healing in Madison, MS, and is an active member of Broadmoor Baptist Church where she has served in various ministry roles since 1986. Jana and her husband, Tom, have been married for 37 years and have 2 grown daughters
