Prior to joining a Refuge Group company in 2019, Jynger held the role of Manager, People FIRST at HORNE, LLP, one of the top 25 accounting firms in the United States, boasting offices in six states and a staff of over 500 team members. During her tenure, she redefined the benefits strategy, resulting in substantial premium savings exceeding $125,000 for the company. In her pursuit of meeting strategic initiatives, Jynger taught herself HTML code and successfully led the implementation of three customized performance management solutions to overcome developmental constraints within the existing performance management platform.

Before transitioning into a broader HR role, Jynger honed her expertise in the employee benefits arena at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. This prestigious institution, serving as the state's sole academic health science center and housing Mississippi's largest hospital, entrusted her with managing benefits for a population of over 9,000 eligible employees.

Jynger's educational journey includes a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology from Appalachian State University, complemented by a Master of Human Relations and a Master of Arts in International Relations, both earned at the University of Oklahoma.

Outside of her professional life, Jynger is an active member of St. Matthews Methodist Church in Madison, Mississippi. She shares her home with her husband Isaac, their four children (although two have outgrown the "child" label), three dogs, and a mischievous cat.
