Mike served as the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for LeFleur Transportation, a national non-emergency transportation broker and provider for more than 20 years. In this role, he was the driving force behind the company's financial success, overseeing a wide range of critical functions, including accounting, risk management, and human resources.

Before transitioning into the transportation sector, Mr. Ford held the position of Fixed Income Portfolio Manager at Investek Capital Management. In this role, he skillfully managed fixed income portfolios for multiple institutional clients. Mike's early career was marked by his tenure as Assistant Vice President at Lamar Life Insurance Company. Here, he shouldered significant responsibilities, including managing investment accounting, investment custody, and fulfilling all investment reporting requirements. 

Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College and subsequently became a Certified Public Accountant in 1984.  Mike and his wife Jill make their home in Madison County and spend as much time as possible with their sons, daughters-in-law, and six grandchildren.
